Have a signal/trade that Pips Alert sent that you think is not right?
Please make sure to send your claims/report within 1 week after you found the problem.
In the report you must include
- Signal Group Name (Jaguar, Investor X, & etc.)
- Signal Information
- Buy or Sell @ Price
- Take Profits
- Stop Loss
- Claim Report
- Include general information of why the signal was reported wrong

After you have send the claim, our team will do back-testing with 3rd-part software we all know and trust (TradingView). Through that we will enter the exact details and then report back!
